I brought in a white blazer that had gotten a lot of black ink on it from a new jacket that was bleeding. When I dropped it off, the staff were honest that they weren’t sure if they could get the dye out. However, they got it completely removed and my blazer looks good as new!

After 5 years these guys are awesome. They really work together. Today I was in a pinch and they jammed me out of it. I've told more people than I can remember and it's nice to see my neighbors using them after seeing me use it.

My apartment repainted the doors, door frames, and hallways with no notification. Without knowing this, I opened my door and immediately got McCormick gray paint all over my brand new Ralph Lauren jacket- a Christmas present and the nicest thing I own. I couldn't get the spots out myself. I went to CPL, where Glenn advised I use their dry cleaning service as it was a lower price instead of a regular cleaning (that usually people do with a giant bag of laundry, not 1 item), and they could try to spot remove. Not only did Glenn message me later to ask for permission, since the dry cleaning service said the leather parts could peel during the process, but it was delivered on time and pristine!!! The leather is fine and the spots are gone. 100% worth it, great customer service the whole time, and genuine kindness when I explained the situation. I will use them again. Can't believe how great it looks. Thank you Glenn and Columbia Pike Laundry team!!

I was shocked to find a laundry service so close by to my home. The person who accepted my load was pleasant and offered to drop it off at my house FOR FREE. .the driver offered to carry it I to the house sit either the equivalent of 3 loads of laundry and of course the cleaning ,/folding was EXCELLENT 👍 …

I never leave reviews but Columbia Pike Laundry saved us this week! Our washer and dryer both broke and we had a huge backlog of laundry. After another laundry service fell through, I found Columbia Pike and was able to have them pickup and drop off all 6 huge bags of laundry within 24 hours. Nothing short of amazing. Everything is perfectly folded and organized - they even paired our socks for us. If we ever get another laundry backlog I will 1000% be using them. On time for both pickup and drop off and overall amazing.

I am so abundantly grateful for Glenn and the staff at Columbia Pike Laundry. I have been traveling for two funerals and a work trip for the last three weeks. I finally flew home only for 5 days and had to fly out that following Saturday. I called Columbia Pike on Tuesday morning to see if they could press several items, and I mean at least 10 pieces. Glenn asked if I could make it there before 1PM, and he said he would try to make it happen. When I dropped my stuff off I told Glenn I fly out on Friday evening. He said that he could deliver by Friday morning. I was highly pleased, but guess what???!! And this is why I will FOREVER do business with Columbia Pike Laundry… Glenn called me on Thursday around noon to say my stuff was ready and he would have his driver out to deliver because he wanted to ensure I had my stuff as soon as possible. Outstanding customer service and quality work. Thank you so much, Glenn, for taking a massive burden off my shoulder in a very tough time for my family. You have a lifelong customer!!

Very friendly, efficient, and not crazy expensive. Their website is very helpful and the drop off, notification and pick up of our bedding exceeded expectations based on other fold and wash places. Great staff. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The chap who picked up my laundry was very friendly, my clothes were returned to me clean and neatly folded, and the delivery was right on time. Excellent communication throughout the process, with updates on the status of my order. I live overseas, but I will most definitely use Columbia Pike Laundry when I'm next in town!

Columbia Pike Laundry is the best. They offer an affordable delivery service. I had an article of clothing that was left for over a month by mistake and they delivered it for free. They are local and care about their customers. You couldn't ask for better!
